Driving is a headache... for my driving teacher that is. I personally can't help but have fun, I mean what isn't fun about backing up into fences? Or driving along the curb for an original change, or forgetting that pedestrians crossing the road don't mean you should speed up, even if they are wearing green. Skid markings in the driveway are excellent examples of innovative newness in the art of parking.
I'm a learner driver in case its not obvious.
It was pouring rain Tuesday, but the point of my lesson wasn't exactly to drive safe in fogged up weather and slimy roads, but to not screech into a dead stop while in the middle of busy traffic. I stalled twice. Stressful - yet still invigorating.
I need eyes on the back of my head, because if I make any progress in the general area of driving backwards (parking, backing up, escaping from bad guys, parking) without hitting everything both inches and miles away from me, ill surprise myself so much I might even faint. Which is why I need those extra eyes, I don't want to fall on a bed of nails or anything more dangerous.
I'm still getting somewhere! I know it.

I have seen that Dad has gotten more reckless with his driving. When we went to Subiaco, Dad took about 3 minutes to take his outer sweater off, while sitting in the driver’s seat speeding down a hill! It was ever so exciting! The best part was that a very freaked Mother was stretching her arm to an unlikely elasticity and steadying the steering wheel. Gee willikers, why weren't you there? Oh, right.
Why wasn't i there! What a show-off.
you wanted to stay back, ALONE!
Oh nice. I WANNA DRIVE!!!!
didn't i stay home too? tee hee
